They renovated our unfinished basement (including building a new bathroom and wet bar) and built us a new bathroom on our main floor. Jake Viano was very thorough and detail oriented, which was perfect for me because I notice every small thing that might be out of line and after many horrible experiences with contractors it was refreshing to have someone doing our work who also appreciated quality and details. If there were small minor changes I wanted to make, Jake was very responsive to make sure they were changed. I would highly recommend this company. they were professional, easy to deal with and we are very happy with the completed product.

We hired Jake initially to consult my wife and I on a basement renovation idea that we had. He ended up doing the work for us after carefully walking us through the process and what was going to be involved.

Attention to detail is superb, he was very thoughtful when it came to small details like routing our sewage pipe around the existing cast iron pipe and attention to detail is superb, he was very thoughtful when it came to small details like routing our sewage pipe around a wood casing that he later turned into a bookshelf turned the odd angled pipe into a bookshelf.

Jake is truly a master of all trades, which makes him a very competent general contractor. He's able to do everything from underground plumbing, creating custom wood molding, carpentry of all types, concrete work, hardware install, masonry, electrical, and is pretty handy with an eye for design and workflow of the space being designed.

This is not to say that Jake wants to do all these traits, but that he has done them in the past and won't let a subcontractor take him for a ride. Very important with how hard subcontractors are to get in Denver these days.

Viano Construction was referred to me by Capitol Doors for a an exterior-two door frame replacement. Viano's pricing was fair and the scope of work was thoroughly thought out with professionalism and focus. It did take a while longer than expected to get the job finally started but it is only because Viano Construction has been in such high demand, I assume, because of other recommendations to their work. I've kept their information for any future projects that come up for their service.

We were in need of a GC who could oversee the TI work in my warehouse. We needed someone professional, budget conscious and fast. Basically, we needed the impossible. Jake and his team not only got the job done right and on budget, he was an incredible help with the process of working with city inspectors. We had Viano remodel both our kitchen and master bath. Jake and his crew were the best. His attention to detail was amazing. We had a granite budget and when Jake found the slab somewhere else less expensive he saved us several hundred dollars. He did several upgrades and we got everything we wanted and much more under budget. RV did an incredible job making all the trim match our existing. Jake answers his phone and was always there to help us through the remodel. We will never have anyone else work on our home.
