He's able to do everything from underground plumbing, creating custom wood molding, carpentry of all types, concrete work, hardware install, masonry, electrical, and is pretty handy with an eye for design and workflow of the space being designed.
This is not to say that Jake wants to do all these traits, but that he has done them in the past and won't let a subcontractor take him for a ride. Very important with how hard subcontractors are to get in Denver these days.
