This project involved the tear-down of a structurally-failing deck on a semi-custom track-home in the Carriage Club neighborhood of Lonetree, Colorado. We replaced the deck with the construction of a custom radius porch with final top rail laminated from Trex to curve. Time to completion: 1.5 months
